PartyNextDoor finally reveals his mysterious social media behavior this week.

PartyNextDoor is a mysterious artist, if you haven't been able to tell. Despite his success, the OVO crooner rarely aims to be the center of attention. He allows his music to do the talking. He rarely even does interviews. However, today he changed that. He linked up with Zane Lowe earlier to premiere "Damage" featuring Halsey and talk about future plans. For the past week, he's been dropping song titles with accompanying artwork on his Twitter each day. Many assumed that they're titles from upcoming Club Atlantis project but it turns out he has some other plans before that drops.

In a recent interview on Beats1 with Zane Lowe, the singer revealed all the hints he's dropped this week are part of the roll-out for his surprise EP Seven Days that's due later tonight. The projects title simply comes from the fact he wrote and recorded it in seven days. He explained that the project inspiration draws from rough July he had with a girl.

"A lot of the songs literally happened right after [something happened]. Maybe she walked out of the house and how I deal with things is like 'Ok...' walk right upstairs to the studio and take it in one cut." he told Lowe.

The tracklist will feature Halsey-assisted song "Damage" that he premiered on the show. Along with Halsey, the project will also feature Rick Ross. So far, he's only revealed six out the seven tracks with the seventh dropping right before the EP goes live.

During the interview, he also gave some insight behind his collaborative process. Over the past year or two, he's solidified himself as not only an incredible artist but a stand-out songwriter. When talking about working with Halsey, he said that it was the only successful collaboration he's done in the studio. He also said that he has an interview process with artists before working with them

"I literally have to interview artists. I ask the most awkwardest questions, I want to see your reaction. I want to see your actual personality." He told Lowe.

While we may not be getting Club Atlantis, we'll be getting another EP from the OVO singer. This will be his second project of 2017 that he'll drop. In early June, he dropped his four-song Colours 2 EP so it's looking like PND SZN is in effect.
