It’s been a minute since O.T. Genasis last hit us with some new music. With exception to his feature on LA Leakers’ dirty single “Sucio,” the last time the Long Beach rapper impacted our site was last year when he released his Coke N Butter mixtape in November, featuring guest appearances from YG, T.I., Quavo, Remy Ma, and 2 Chainz. Looking to change that here today, OT decides to return from his hiatus and drop off a new single called “Everybody Mad.”
Over the piano-driven production, the “Coco” rapper sticks his signature sound & delivers a boisterous street record that finds him rapping about his hustling ways and getting to the money. “I be getting to the money, everybody mad/ Think Im getting too much money, Everybody mad,” OT spits on the hook. Highlighted by its minimalistic production & O.T.’s bouncy flow, “Everybody Mad” is another strong addition to the Long Beach rapper’s steady growing catalogue of hits. To match the success of his “Cut It” or “Coco” records will be tough, but this definitely will be appreciated by O.T. Genasis fans.
It’s unclear at the moment on where this will end up, but hopefully we don't have to wait a couple more months to hear his next drop, or better yet there’s a project for that matter.
To coincide with its release, O.T. also decided to double dip on the promotion today and drop off a new video for the song as well. Matching his boisterous energy, the Mike Ho-directed clip finds O.T. Genasis mobbin’ through the streets and posting up next to a white Ferrari with some ladies by his side.
Check out both the video & single and let us know what you think. If you’re a fan, be sure to show your support on iTunes.

Doubling my money cause you know I want cheese
I been in my hometown playing with the keys
When fell off the boat ya ... from Belize
