Once Upon A Deadpool is in theaters now, and a new post-credits scene is the highlight of the film. The movie is a PG-13 version of Deadpool 2 that hit theaters in time for Winter Break. Proceeds from ticket sales are going to "Fuck Cancer," the charity that Reynolds has been involved with. Although Fred Savage does join the cast for a Princess Bride inspired tie-in, what fans are blessed with after the credits roll is the highlight of the film.
Once Upon A Deadpool is the first Marvel film to hit theaters since the passing of Stan Lee, and Reynolds and company unearthed some dope footage of the comic creator for fans. Lee reacts to Deadpool's costume and cracks a few wise jokes in his warm and comical way. An interview segment also runs after the reel is over, where Lee boldly states of his legacy, "I don't think about it that much, you know? When I'm gone, I really don't care." But we care, Stan. His presence in the next few Marvel movies is confirmed, but just how many Lee scenes do they have in the vault? Some fans believe that Marvel shot several Lee cameos in preparation for the inevitable, so we may be graced with his appearances for years to come.
