Ahead of last night's showdown between the Milwaukee Bucks and Boston Celtics, Nike officially introduced the 5th signature sneaker of Celtics' All-Star point guard, Kyrie Irving. The Nike Kyrie 5 was unveiled in your basic black/white colorway, but that's not the pair that Kyrie laced up in Boston's 117-113 victory over the Bucks.
Instead, Kyrie debuted a special PE which comes as part of a collab with Odd Future's Travis "Taco" Bennett, who happened to be seated court side last night. The limited edition sneakers feature a festive black and orange colorway, accompanied by camouflage detailing throughout and a bulbous, silver Nike swoosh.
As it turns out, the Nike Kyrie 5 "Taco" will be the first colorway to release with an expected release date of November 16. The kicks, priced at $130, will be available via Nike SNKRS and Nike.com.
Following that exclusive release, the Nike Kyrie 5 will launch on November 22 in the "Blk Mgc" colorway. Click here for more details on Uncle Drew's new Nike signature.
