A newly-released trailer for the upcoming season of E!'s hit series Total Bellas will detail the dissolution of Nikki's relationship with Cena, and the moments that effectively led up to their separation.
The clip begins with Bella asserting how she feels like "2018 will be a year of change." Elsewhere in the trailer, the WWE Diva confesses "I feel like I'm living a fake life."
During a conversation with Cena, the reality television star continues to admit how she feels suffocated in their relationship. The clip ends on a rather dramatic note, with the Blockers actor revealing how he believes Bella is "falling out of love with me."
Bella was recently taken aback when Extra reporter A.J. Calloway informed her on a red carpet that Cena has publicly gone on record to note how he is still very interested in reconciling their flawed but passionate romance.
