Somebody get this man an "Oh Henry."

Though some prefer to engage in more cerebral, thought-provoking activity, some smokers simply want to indulge in a smorgasbord. And more power to them, for treats can seldom feel as sweet. Ask Night Lovell, who recently came through to hold it down for our new Snack Review episode (following appearances from ComethazineRiFF RAFF and Kid Buu) where he detailed some of his favorite nutritional essentials.

Off the bat, Lovell makes sure to stay hydrated, bringing out both the water and the chocolate milk - the latter of which seems to excite him. "It's going to get me looking like Bobby Shmurda when he's released," jokes Lovell, adding a bottle of Aloe Water for good measure. Upon returning to the studio with goodies in tow, Lovell provides a breakdown of his selection. Pointing to a brand of "Dirty" kettle cooked chips, Lovell explains that he prefers the Canadian alternative. "This is the closest to plain," he says. "I don't really like too many seasonings and spices on that. There was like Jalapeno and all that - I don't understand why someone would want to have a burning shit, so I just got this guy right here."

Surprisingly, Lovell admits that his favorite candy is the "Freshmaker" itself, Mentos. "It's literally like a coping mechanism," he says. "If I'm nervous, I need Mentos. It's on every rider." He also explains that coconut water is a viable alternative to energy-drinks like Red Bull, and expresses concern about the sugar content of his chosen Aloe beverage. Yet being that Lovell was away from his home-turf, he did offer some constructive criticism regarding the bodega's selection. "They were missing Oh Henry, it's literally chocolate, peanuts, and caramel all in one. It's strictly Canadian...I didn't see Lays, and I don't know if this is Canadian or not, but Smart Food Popcorn."
