Yesterday, "Everyday Struggle" revealed they recruited shock-jock radio personality, Troi "STAR" Toraine, as Joe Budden's replacement. Shortly after the season 2 premiere, a clip of STAR making inappropriate comments towards Nadeska Alexis surfaced. Today, she confronted STAR over his highly inappropriate comments on their latest episode.
A clip from December surfaced yesterday of STAR saying, "I would love to jerk off on her leg, just jerk off on her leg. Nadeska. That’s a hot bitch." After Nadeska heard the clip, she asked STAR the simply question, "Why?"
STAR gave his reasoning behind what he said. The famed radio host said that when he made those comments, he didn't know or even expect to have any relations with any members of the show. He owned up to his comments and even gave Nadeska a card as an "apology" of sorts.
"I say what I say. I do what I do. I sip at night the way [Akademiks] sips in the morning. I said some things," he said, "When I got the email in regard to coming here, I didn’t even think about it."
Nadeska later asked, "If we’re already co-workers, it makes a difference, but if it’s someone you don’t know, you would make those comments?"
STAR admitted the comments were sexist and wrong. He also said that he's always respectful towards his co-hosts and never called any of his female co-hosts the "b-word."
Nadeska admitted she wasn't surprised by it and said that because of his history in radio, she was aware what the Everyday Struggle team was getting into when he joined the cast.
