Stan Lee lived a long and incredibly fulfilling life as he co-created Marvel Comics, launching one of the greatest franchises the world has ever known. Each Marvel project has been ultra-successful with their films becoming some of the highest-grossing cinema achievements of all time. Stan Lee played a huge part in the creation of each Marvel product as he served as editor-in-chief, publisher, and chairman of Marvel Comics. It is with great sadness that we share that he has reportedly passed away this morning at the age of 95.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, Stan Lee passed away today after being rushed to the hospital. TMZ notes that an ambulance picked up Lee this morning where he was transported to Cedars-Sinai Hospital. He reportedly passed away there. He is survived by his daughter J.C., who told the publication: "My father loved all of his fans. He was the greatest, most decent man."
He is responsible for creating legends like Spider-Man, Thor, Black Panther, X-Men, Iron Man and more. His creations will continue to rule the world even after his death as Marvel reaches new heights in their universe.
Stan Lee will surely be remembered for a long time as he's made a major impact on many of our lives. R.I.P. to a real-life superhero.
