In mid-September, during the height of his feud with Eminem, Machine Gun Kelly found himself doling out a beatdown to one Gabriel Rodriguez, aka G-Rod. The attack transpired after G-Rod called out Machine Gun Kelly, labeling him a "pussy" to the rapper's face. G-Rod caught the full wrath of Machine Gun's entourage, earning a merciless beat-down for his troubles. The assault left Rodriguez nursing a variety of wounds, and while some feel he ultimately sealed his own fate, others feel that Machine Gun and his boys went too far.
Now, it would appear that G-Rod has summoned the legal eagles. According to TMZ, G-Rod is looking to collect a big payday from the "Rap Devil," with his legal team inquiring after "millions." If MGK doesn't pay up, it will appear the matter will be moved to the courtroom. Rodriguez' lawyers maintain that "the intentional battery and assault caused serious and permanent injuries to G-Rod," and the victim should be compensated accordingly.
TMZ claims that while Machine Gun Kelly will not be charged for his involvement, several of his entourage have been charged with misdemeanor battery. As of now, Machine Gun Kelly has yet to respond to these developments.
