Logic‘s third studio album Everybody is set to arrive next Friday, May 5th, but before it does he's got another leak to shares with us ahead of time. Following up the title track, “Everybody,” & “Black Spiderman,” the Def Jam rapper decides to come through today and share his highly anticipated new single with Khalid & Alessia Cara called “1-800-273-8255,” which also serves as the number to the National Suicide Prevention Hotline.
Touching on suicide and it never being the answer to our problems, Logic says "I made this song for all of you who are in a dark place and can’t seem to find the light." Take a listen to the moving & powerful new record & let us know what you think!
Quotable Lyrics:
All this other shit I'm talkin' 'bout they think they know it
I've been praying for somebody to save me, no one's heroic
And my life don’t even matter
I know it I know it I know I'm hurting deep down but can’t show it
I never had a place to call my own
I never had a home
Ain't nobody callin' my phone
Where you been? Where you at? What's on your mind?
