It's safe to say the excitement of a new Kanye West album has always been tied to the unpredictable nature of what’s to come (and the undeniable fire music it provides as well of course). Last week, Kanye released a new solo album called Ye, but he remained tight lipped on the details until just minutes before it debuted at his private listening session in Wyoming. And now Ye’s doing a similar rollout for his joint project with Kid Cudi, Kids See Ghosts, which is currently being debuted in Southern California right now in front of friends, family, & the media. The likes of Big Boy, YG, Kim Kardashian, Ariana Grande, Takashi Murakami, and more are in attendance to hear the body of work in person before it hits streaming platforms tomorrow.
Thankfully for those of us who are unable to attend, we can still join in on the fun by live streaming the event online via the Wav app, which you can download right here if you’re interested. We'll also be rounding up some pictures and clips of the event that'll be surfacing throughout the night as well so stay tuned.
Of course we’ll have the stream of the album once it becomes available, but who know’s if that’ll be at midnight or come Friday morning like last week’s Ye release. Either way, keep it locked.
Update: The event looks to be held in a secret ghost town in Southern, CA which contains several abandoned buildings and "saloons" where food & drinks are being served. Guests were transported to the "town" in buses, cars and golf buggys.
