The new version of the single has the potential to be a big North American hit.

Nicki Minaj appears on the new track from K-Pop group BTS, "IDOL." The song comes off the massively successful South Korean act's new compilation Love Yourself: Answer, which completes the Love Yourself trilogy which began with Love Yourself: Her last September, and continued on to Love Yourself: Tear in May. Though the project is made up of mostly material that was previously released, the Nicki-assisted "IDOL" is a brand new single and the closing track on the two-disc album, which also includes the previous version of the song without Nicki. She has the last verse, opening with "What’s good, Korea? You know I've been a boss for my whole career."

This could potentially be another Hot 100 entry for both acts. BTS became the second K-Pop act (after PSY) to enter the top ten of the U.S. Hot 100 and first to debut within it earlier this year with "Fake Love." Meanwhile, Nicki Minaj has continued to climb the ranks of artists with the most Hot 100 entries following the release of her new album Queen.

Quotable Lyrics:
I’m here word to John Mayer
Barbie’s a wonderland my face is top tier
I swear watch the ice glare
They be like I’m Gucci but don’t shop there
One time, press rewind
Tryna come up off Nicki name press decline
So much power in the mind, yes divine
Take your change you’ll never be next in line
