New Orleans has a music scene that includes some of the top rappers in history, including Lil Wayne. With his own legacy in place, it's time for Wayne to help out other artists from his home state. Already established under his Corner Boy P alias, the Big Easy's Fendi P is preparing for the release of his debut album Late Nights, Early Mornings by dropping a new single with Weezy titled "Wit My Left."
Enjoying success through his mixtapes, Fendi P is releasing his first studio album on May 11, which is set to feature the likes of Project Pat, Curren$y and, of course, Lil Wayne. Although the name change may confuse some fans, he is still running with his Fendi persona, noting that he has since grown into a new character. "As Corner Boy P, fans got to see me grow and develop as an artist. However, there are things I want to accomplish as an artist and as a man. I want to share my story and be a mentor in my community." The maturation of Fendi P will be detailed on his upcoming album as his unique sound has been shaped throughout the years to lead up to this point.
Check out the Lil Wayne-featured "Wit My Left" and keep an eye out for P's album coming soon.

We got the store in the summer
I got the dope on my woman
I got the stick on myself
Cause I know that it's life or death
