Even though a trio of new songs by Lil Uzi Vert have arrived in recent weeks, there is still an air of mystery surrounding his immediate future in the music industry and the imminence of Eternal Atake. DJ Drama and Don Cannon have seemingly been working against the artist, who has fought back with official releases after both songs were leaked online. Uzi's strategy ended up paying off, even with minimal promotion, because both have officially debuted on the Billboard Hot 100 with "Sanguine Paradise" performing best out of the two.
According to Chart Data, the upcoming edition of the Billboard Hot 100 will see the introduction of both new Lil Uzi Vert songs. The two tracks, which were produced by the Working On Dying collective, squeezed into the mix this week with "That's A Rack" hitting No. 76 and "Sanguine Paradise" reaching No. 28. The latter showcases an impressive start for the artist but considering how long it's been since the last Uzi single, we can't say we're surprised to see both songs hitting the charts.
Do you think the two songs have already peaked or do you see one or both of them continuing to creep up? Which is your favorite of the two?
