Prior to releasing his new State Of Emergency project with Jay Critch, Pop Smoke, Fivio Foreign, and more, Bronx rapper Lil Tjay was in the midst of kicking off some heated inter-borough feuds. He had offended the entire Highbridge crew, including A Boogie wit da Hoodie, Trap Manny, Don Q, and more. Some back-and-forth ensued before Lil Tjay seemingly decided to quit his trolling, focusing on the music instead.
Before that, the 19-year-old rapper was accused by fellow musician Rubi Rose of flying her out to hang out on his birthday yet refusing to pay her return ticket. Rose called the cops on him and, since then, a number of other rappers have apparently been hitting her up to rag on Tjay. He shared his response on Twitter.
"All ya rap n***as tht hit up Rubi with the ooo 'tjay a lil kid' shit could hold [eggplant emoji], I'm on timing," he said.
The post has since been deleted but the message was heard loud and clear.
Lil Tjay is one of the highest-touted talents in New York, referring to himself as the king of the city. While some of his peers, like Tekashi 6ix9ine, would beg to differ, he's definitely got The Bronx buzzing with his musical contributions.
