We first introduced you to rising Baltimore rapper Lil Freaky back in early July when he teamed up with ATL superstar Future for a new song called “Dripset.” Having remained relatively quiet ever since, Lil Freaky is looking to change all that here today by kicking off a new weekly release series called “Freaky Fridays.” Taking on Kodak Black’s “First Day Out” instrumental, the Baltimore emcee decides to drop off the new song “City On Fire.”
With Future opening up with some ad-libs, Freaky hops on this Dyryk-produced beat & raps effortlessly about being the “hottest nigga in his city,” while boasting about his designer gear, coppin’ foreigns and of course bagging bitches in the process. The record is dripped with swag, and is another strong introduction to the Baltimore emcee, who if you ask me doesn't look to be going anywhere anytime soon.
Take a listen & let us know what you think. Look for more from Freaky hopefully next Friday.
Quotable Lyrics:
Im the hottest nigga in my city and I ain't even drop
I might go cop me a foreign just to park it on the block
I might take a nigga bitch, not to fuck but just for top
Thats a quarter nigga they don’t know but not one from the block
