LightSkinKeisha's "Ride Good" collaboration with B. Smyth is a particularly notable break from the regularly scheduled program as the cut finds Keisha Beisha flexing melodic vocals in place of her typical delivery, and in keeping things in theme with that departure, the Atlanta-bred artist has shown a new side of herself in the sensuous new video for the track.
"I actually wanted to challenge myself," the HitCo signee tells Complex. "Everybody is used to me being 'ratchet Keisha,' but I think it was time to show them my little 'soft and sexy' side. The video is crazy too. Like, I'm literally showing my inner sexiness and I'm a little shy when it comes to that because I've never really shown that before."
In the clip, Keisha flashes a little more skin than usual as she shares seductive scenes with rapper Coca Vango. It's all a smooth lead up to her forthcoming debut project Honey Period.
"My supporters can definitely expect a solid ass upcoming project," she adds. "I'm going to keep giving my listeners and supporters great music that they're going to be bumping five years from now. Honey, period. I'm excited."
