Tarentino of 808 Mafia steps in to produce the monster of a beat that fuels "What U Got 2 Say," leaving Lex and guest Lipso to handle the song's bars. The rapping is mostly boastful and buoyant, which makes Muhammad Ali's presence on the artwork very fitting indeed.
