LeToya reflects on leaving Destiny's Child.

LeToya Luckett was a member of Destiny's Child from 1993 until 2000 where she and LaTavia Roberson got the boot and Michelle Williams and Farrah Franklin took over. Despite any bad blood that may have been at the time, it's clearly all in the past since LeToya paid a visit to Beyonce at a previous On The Run tour stop and shared nothing but smiles.

LeToya was recently in Atlanta and the last time the singer said she was there was when she was 19-years-old and apart of Destiny's Child. LeToya was on T.I. & Tiny: Friends and Family Hustle and was explaining to Lil Wayne’s ex, Toya Wright about the hard times when her time in the group came to an end. “Management made a decision,” she said, via Page Six. “There was nothing at the time that I could do about it. Did it hurt? Absolutely. Because we were friends. I went to school with these girls.”

She added: “Beyoncé and LaTavia had been in the group the longest. Then LaTavia went to school. Met Kelly [Rowland]. And then Beyoncé showed up at my school one day as the new beautiful girl with this new beautiful voice. It was just so cool to experience something like that at such a young age. But that decision was made … we were sisters.”

Now, LeToya says all the girls are friends and are supportive of each other.
