LeBron James laced up a special, Air Jordan 3 inspired rendition of the Nike LeBron 16 Wednesday night in Los Angeles, as he surpassed Michael Jordan on the NBA's all-time scoring list.

Like the Air Jordan 3, the LeBron 16 PE consists of a remixed "Dunkman" logo on the tongue, as well as grey and black "cement" detailing about the toe box and heel.
A closer look shows that the LeBron 16 cement print is actually a combination of words like “Fearless” and “Winning” done up in a graffiti-style font. As always, the names of LeBron's wife and kids can be seen on the midsole, along with a "Thank You MJ" message.
It wouldn't have been surprising if Nike released the kicks via the SNKRS App when LeBron officially passed MJ on the all-time list, but that wasn't the case. As of now it doesn't appear that the Air Jordan 3 LeBron 16s will be releasing.
