Former NBA star Lamar Odom has written a memoir and it's gearing up to be a doozy. The 39-year-old is sharing the good, the bad, and the beatdowns in his forthcoming autobiography titled Darkness To Light. From 2009 to 2016 Odom was married to Khloe Kardashian, a union that was riddled with infidelities and strained by his drug addiction. In his memoir, he's offering up all sorts of stories, and one involves his ex-wife catching him cheating red-handed.
Odom reveals that back in 2012, he was in the thick of his self-destructive behavior. He admitted to booking a room at the Los Angeles' celebrity favorite Hotel Roosevelt, where he was joined by multiple "naked girls everywhere." The party was topped off with copious amounts of cocaine and marijuana, but the drug-induced good times didn't last for long because his then-wife Khloe, her mother Kris Jenner, and their security "bulldozed" into the room. The hotel staff reportedly gave them a key.
Radar Online has an exclusive excerpt from Darkness To Light where Odom says Khloe lost her mind and "pounced" on the first woman she saw. "Khloe’s beating the sh*t out of one of the girls who tried to protest. She’s dropping vicious blows all over the top of this girl’s head," he wrote. After the alleged beat down, Khloe ordered Odom to pack up his things while her security erased "all traces of drugs" from the hotel room.
Apparently, Khloe goes hard for her men, because that wasn't the only time someone said she threw hands over an infidelity. Back in 2013, a woman by the name of Polina Polonsky told Star magazine that she was at the Vagabond Inn with Odom. The pair were caught by Khloe who Polonsky said tried to "attack" her. That year, Khloe filed for divorce, and in 2015 both parties signed off on the split. However, before a judge could finalize the divorce, Khloe dismissed it following Odom nearly dying after being found unconscious in a Nevada brothel. She supported him through his recovery but filed once again and they were officially divorced in 2016.
Odom's memoir will be released on May 28.
