Kylie Jenner's said to be in trouble for jacking someone else's idea.

Another day, another lawsuit for someone rich and famous. The latest celebrity having to deal with legal issues is Kylie Jenner who is reportedly being sued by a company called Sheree Cosmetics who is alleging that Kylie stole their "Born to Sparkle" makeup line. According to TMZ, documents show that Sheree claims they released a "Born To Sparkle" line and then Kylie dropped off an eyeshadow collection of the same name with the same packaging and colours.

The eyeshadow palette was included in Kylie's birthday collection that launched on August 6th and Sheree says they filed a trademark on August 30th, so technically they may be too late to cash in on any judgments.

In similar news, Kylie and her father, Caitlyn Jenner, are reportedly in a trademark war also as Caitlyn is set to release a skin care line at the same time Kylie was reported to as well. Apparently Caitlyn trademarked "Skincare by Caitlyn Jenner,” "Skincare by Jenner,” “Jenner Skincare,” and “Caitlyn Jenner Skincare” that has gotten in the way of Kylie's plans for her brand.
