According to multiple reports, including Broward’s Local 10 news, Florida sensation Kodak Black plead not guilty Tuesday afternoon to the two remaining charges against him stemming from his January arrest.
The rapper, whose real name is Dieuson Octave, pleaded not guilty to possession of cannabis and possession of ammunition.
This plead comes just a week after Kodak had a few charges dropped against him by the State of Florida, including possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, grand theft of a firearm, and child neglect.
The entire situation stems from Kodak’s arrest in January when police raided his Florida home after he was caught flaunting some guns & pot on his Instagram live. In fact, officers found 95 grams of pot according to reports. He was initially charged with seven felonies, including grand theft of a firearm, possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, marijuana possession, child neglect and probation violation, and held without bail, but as we reported three of those have been dropped last week.
We’ll have to wait to hear what the judge and courts have to say on Kodak’s latest not guilty plead, but we’ll keep you posted moving forward. In the meantime, revisit Kodak’s newly released Heart Break Kodak project right here, which dropped on Valentines Day.
