A couple of tweets from Kim Kardashian had the platform buzzing today when she called out a large fast-food chain with a "serious complaint." A few hours ago, the reality star took to social media to air out some issues she's had with Jack In The Box. Many of us would resort to a chain's customer service profile on Twitter when we encounter an issue with something. Perhaps a minor issue could be resolved with a refund or a gift card for a future visit. It would appear as though Kim is just like us in that way. Whatever she dealt with at Jack In The Box seems serious and she's not really divulging much information but she did reach out to the company for an explanation.
The media mogul took to her page, requesting a reply from the higher-ups at Jack In The Box about an undisclosed incident that happened at one of their locations. "Hey, Jack In The Box I have a serious complaint but I won’t fully put you on blast," said Kardashian-West. "Check your corporate email inbox or send me a DM with direct person for my team to contact. Pronto!"
Kim goes on to explain that her gripe with the restaurant doesn't have to do with herself or how she was treated. "I would like to add that this is not about me or a wrong order. Nobody recognized me and it’s something that I observed that affected other customers at this particular location that was concerning," she wrote.
With the entertainer beginning a career in law, maybe this has to do with something unjust that she witnessed in person. Jack In The Box has since responded by saying they were unable to send her a direct message. They asked her to hit them with direct contact information.
