We've seen it time and time again, celebrities such as Kim Kardashian wears a striking look and then all of sudden it's available for sale online as knock-off versions that won't break your wallet. Fashion Nova has been the culprit many times and now Kim has broken her silence on the matter in a series of tweets.
Her statements are being shared after she wore a revealing dress to this past weekend's Hollywood Beauty Awards and already Fashion Nova has a waitlist to order the look.
"It’s devastating to see these fashion companies rip off designs that have taken the blood, sweat and tears of true designers who have put their all into their own original ideas," Kim wrote, detailing how she can no longer be silent over companies that also profit off Kanye West's designs.
"Only two days ago, I was privileged enough to wear a one-of-a-kind vintage Mugler dress and in less than 24 hours it was knocked off and thrown up on a site - but it's not for sale. You have to sign up for a waitlist because the dress hasn’t even been made to sell yet," she added.
