Khalid hits another major feat in his career.

There were a lot of artists that broke out in the scene in 2017 but Khalid is one of the people that stood out among everyone. It felt like he came out of the blue and completely took over. However, his album American Teen was a breath of fresh air in the world of R&B. His single "Location" felt like it was impossible to avoid but was still captivating with each listen. He followed that single with "Young Dumb & Broke" as the second single which did equally well. However, to mark the one year anniversary of American Teen release, he receives another plaque to add to his collection.

Khalid's "Young Dumb and Broke" has officially gone three times platinum after moving the equivalent to 3 million units. It's a great accomplishment especially since tomorrow marks the one year anniversary of the release of his debut album. In addition to his going three times platinum with "Young Dumb And Broke," his single "Location" is also multi platinum as well.

In other Khalid-related news, the singer's getting ready to embark on another tour throughout North America this spring. "The Roxy Tour" is slated to kick off on May 1st in Portland, OR before concluding on June 7th in Raleigh, NC. He'll be hitting major cities like Toronto, Los Angeles, Atlanta and more along the way.
