After last night's game-high 28-point performance, Miami Heat guard Dwyane Wade told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne that the Sixers and their fans could "thank Kevin Hart" for his monster game. Hart, a lifelong Sixers fan, had been chirping at D-Wade from his court side seat throughout the game which proved to do more harm than good as the 36-year old guard erupted, leading the Heat to a 113-103 victory to tie up the series at 1-1.
Following Game 2, Kevin Hart and Wade traded jabs on social media, including Wade informing the comedian that he's not welcome in Miami for Games 3 and 4 later this week. Hart plans to be at the American Airlines Arena on Thursday anyway.
He responded late last night (H/T TMZ Sports),
"Well played, Dwyane. Well played."
"You gonna blame this on me -- blame Kevin Hart? Oh, I see what you're doing. On ESPN, you gonna say that? WELL LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING, SUCKA! We bout to come to Miami and heat it up, you hear me?"
"I'm frustrated. I'm pissed."
The series will now shift to Miami for Games 3 and 4, where it is expected that Sixers center Joel Embiid will make his return to the lineup. Game 3 is scheduled to air on TNT this Thursday at 7:00pm ET.
