Although Keri Hilson is known for her singing abilities, lately she's been known for her words of encouragement to herself when it comes to her single status - that she has assured everyone is by choice. The "Knock You Down" singer has taken to Instagram once again to let her followers know that she will not settle for a man that does not meet her needs.
"Sure I’d like to be married someday—but not enough to do it with the wrong person. So if you EVA see “Keri” walk down that aisle, even if I’m old & grey...you can rest assured—I didn’t settle," she captioned a photo of her attending a wedding.
Someone hopped into her comment section and asked her the daring question: "Do you think your expectations are too high?"
Keri had a lengthy explanation for her response detailing everything she wants in her future partner. She ended her statement with: "I don't think God puts anything in our hearts that we are not capable of having." Check it out below.
