John Ford has been sent back to Canada.

Kendall Jenner has had to deal with some uncomfortable issues with a few stalkers in the past, but nothing compares the scary obsession of John Ford who scaled a mountainside to get to Kendall's home. John was previously given a restraining order to stay at least a 1,000 feet away from Kendall but that didn't stop him from sneaking through the back entrance of her property to hang by her pool and on her porch.

By the time police arrived at Kendall's home during the October 2018 event, John was gone. TMZ now reports that he has finally been arrested since ICE located him at a hotel in New Mexico. John is a Canadian citizen and was in America illegally after his six month B-2 visa expired. "This timely arrest could very well have prevented a violent crime. Our special agents acted quickly on this tip to ensure that this obsessive behavior didn't escalate to become a tragedy," an ICE spokesman told the publication.

The Kardashian/Jenner family are equally relieved by John's arrest since it means more mental stability for Kendall. "We are extremely appreciative of the hard work by the Los Angeles Police Dept. and ICE, whose swift response and professionalism led to this man's apprehension," the family told TMZ. "His actions have not only had a severe impact on Kendall's life, but the entire family's sense of security, causing us to fear for Kendall's safety as well as our own. Knowing this individual is in custody gives us peace of mind."
