Last week, Kelela dropped the single "LMK" along with the confirmation that her debut album Take Me Apart, will finally be released in October. Today, she drops the visual for "LMK" and it's really dope.
Kelela is seen in multiple shots, strutting and dancing through hallways in a few different outfits and styles. The song itself sounds like it'll play well in the club but the way that the video was shot, makes it look like it was made for the club. The way that director Andrew Thomas Huang played with the lighting in conjunction with the different clothes and styles she rocks in the video is the little bit of detail that ultimately makes the video pops the way it does.
With her album on the way and the video dropping, we're stoked to see what Kelela does next.
