Kanye West has been off the radar as of late, not gracing too many headlines except for the latest targeted car theft to him and wife Kim Kardashian. Bringing some noise back to his name, Kanye has shown fans the latest offerings from his upcoming Calabasas collection, teaming up with Dazed Digital to share a 33-page zine.
The digital offering shows dreamy photos of the clothing taken in Calabasas, shot my Jackie Nickerson. The models fronting the looks are the real-life couple Tremaine Emory, No Vacancy Inn's co-founder, and model Melissa Collett who is the creative director of the upcoming luxury label WORME. This new zine marks the fifth time Jackie has worked with Kanye on producing a visual piece for his collections.
The capsule features dark and light graphic pieces such as hoodies, t-shirts, sweatpants and hats. Most of the items of clothing have graphics that read “Calabasas” or “Lost Hills.” The most notable piece fronted in the lookbook are the Yeezy Wave Runner 700 sneakers that have been the most anticipated drop.
Those who were lucky enough to place an order on the now sold-out trainers will be getting a physical copy of the zine.
Another Yeezy sneaker to hit the market are the new rendition on the Yeezy Boost 350 V2's. Adidas is set to release three new colourways for the sneaker before the year ends. The shoe first popped up last spring in the triple black colourway, fronting similar looks to the Yeezy Boost 350.
