Last week, Kanye West brought his Sunday Service to Coachella. The valley performance attracted celebrities of all sorts, including Chance The Rapper, Kid Cudi and DMX, along with a wide-audience which bore witness to the thorough and cinematic service coordinated by Yeezy. Since the Coachella x Sunday Services' overcrowded turnout, revealed to be an estimated 50k deep attendance according to TMZ, Kanye reportedly feels inspired to take his religious initiatives to greater heights.

According to PEOPLE magazine, the fashion designer and rap icon is looking to make his spiritual path a permanent one. A source near the rapper shared Ye' is looking to start his own church due to an increased passion surrounding his faith and a dire need to share it with others. The aforementioned source further goes onto specifying: "It wouldn’t be the traditional, 3-hymns-and-a-sermon thing. Instead, it would be a way to point people to Jesus through the arts and through a community of people who love and care for each other. He also wants his kids to be raised in faith, and the best way for him to do that is to live out his faith.”

The Sunday Services orchestrated by the 41-year old husband and father have been ongoing since the beginning of the year. The devoted artist's wife, Kim Kardashian West, chimed in on the services' healing benefits to her husband, further highlighting it as an inclusive and strictly musical experience with no worded sermons or preaching.
