When it was first announced, Kanye West and the Kardashians' episode of Celebrity Family Feud was likely the most anticipated in the show's history. With such star power, people around the world are bound to tune in whenever it airs. With the Kardashians growing their global brand and Kanye remaining one of the greatest artists of this generation, Steve Harvey is genuinely excited for the world to see what ensued on the episode. Speaking with Ellen on her talk show, the Family Feud host revealed what we can expect when Kanye and company grace our screens.
Harvey noted that the episode was originally supposed to feature Kris and her daughters teaming up to face Paris Hilton's family. Somewhere along the way, the Hiltons canceled their appearance and Kanye figured that this was the perfect opportunity to swoop in and steal the show. According to the host, Kanye really wanted to play as a lifelong fan of the show so he brought along his "hood" cousins. When Ellen asked about how Kanye answered the game show questions, Harvey remarked that the rapper was smiling and laughing the whole time, adding that his team told him, "This is the most Kanye has ever smiled since we've been working [with him.] Additionally, Harvey is making Ye out to be one hell of a Feud player, saying he was the "best Family Feud celebrity panelist we've ever had on the show."
Casually after stating his joy at seeing Kanye so happy, he said, "Kim didn't know nothing" while shaking his head at the thought of her answers. The episode is set to air next month with more information becoming available in the near future.
