Kamaiyah performs on the Flog Stage during day 1 of Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival 2017 at Exposition Park on October 28, 2017 in Los Angeles, California.
Kamaiyah is reportedly facing charges of interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace.

Kamaiyah's been putting in work over the months to promote her most recent project, Before I Wake. She's dropped a lot of videos as of recently but we're still waiting on new music from her. She's been teasing new collaborations with the likes of YG and ScHoolboy Q which should be fire. She's a rising star out of Cali right now with a lot of potential to do some big things in the coming months. Unfortunately, she just faced a minor setback today after she was reportedly arrested at Bradley International Airport.

Kamaiyah was reportedly arrested earlier today at a Connecticut airport, according to TMZ. They say she set off an alarm while going through customs which prompted TSA to tell her that she had to take off her headgear. TSA wasn't going to allow her on the plane without inspecting the article on her head. They say that she ended up refusing and going off on TSA about it. She was later placed in handcuffs and escorted out of the airport. Her bond was reportedly set at $5,000. She's facing charges of second-degree breach of peace and interfering with police.

Aside from her arrest, Kamaiyah has some major things up her sleeves for this summer. She's expected to perform at the BET Experience Concert alongside Chris Brown, Rae Sremmurd, SZA and more. She'll also be performing at Oakland's The Blurry Vision Festival.
