Justin Bieber doesn't have a warrant out for his arrest after a judge refrained from taking such drastic measures after he skipped out on last week's deposition. As we posted, the Biebs had to meet with his former neighbor, Jeffrey Schwartz, who is going after Justin for egging his home in 2014. Justin allegedly missed out on his court date because he was hanging out with his boo, Hailey Baldwin.
Justin and Jeffrey now have a new date to meet in court to finally settle the case and hopefully put it to bed. According to LA Times, Jeffrey's home totaled $20,000 in damages. At the time Biebs entered a contest plea deal to avoid felony charges and was ordered to pay $80,900 in restitution. He had to complete anger management classes and do five-days of community service.
"I just grew up and decided it was time to take control of my life," Justin said after he got over his hump of being a typical teenager. "I realised that God gave me a gift and an incredible platform to share his light and it is my responsibility to live a positive life in exchange. I’ve learned that I do have a responsibility to my fans to act maturely. That doesn’t mean I won’t make mistakes - everyone does. But I now know I need to turn into my faith when things get hard."
