When he first entered the game as a babyfaced Canuck, Justin Bieber was as far from the hip-hop realm as one might have imagined. Known for penning saccharine and wistful puppy-love anthems, the teen sensation rapidly ascended in superstardom. Luckily, his momentous rise coincided with a musical maturation, and Biebs soon found himself embracing alternative sounds, many of which dipped toes in the hip-hop waters. As such, "Bugatti Biebs" was borne, and the young singer was embraced by the hip-hop community at large.

Since then, Bieber has collaborated with Ludacris, DJ Khaled, Quavo, Lil Dicky, Soulja Boy, Lil Wayne, Big Sean, Drake, Chris Brown, Future and more. As the hits piled up, Biebs decided to take a hiatus of sorts, stepping away from the spotlight in order to get himself right. After getting married, finding a renewed sense of spirituality, and nursing a waning creative spark, it would appear that he's once again ready to return to the fold.
Bieber, in full Bugatti form, took to the Coachella stage to join Ariana Grande in a spontaneous performance. "I wore this fly outfit not knowing that I was going to be on stage," begins Beibs. "This is my first time on stage in like two years. So I had to get my swag back on. Thank you so much and by the way, album coming soon.” The as-of-yet untitled album will be the first from Bieber since Purpose, which dropped in 2015. Will you be patiently waiting for his return?
