The beloved Jorja Smith is currently on her third sold-out tour that's leading up to her anticipated debut album Lost & Found that drops on June 8th. The U.K. singer has just released a video for her single "Blue Lights" that's a beautiful black and white story showcasing the men of Jorja's hometown.
"I wanted to capture men/boys of Walsall and Birmingham from all different walks of life doing everyday activities to show that the stereotypes we are bombarded with are misleading and, ultimately, harmful," Jorja says. "I chose Walsall as the setting for the video as that is where I am from and where I drew my inspiration from when writing the song."
Different clips show the boys who inspired the song, her father, the park she grew up and the restaurant where she had her first gig. The last leg of Jorja's U.S. tour will see her visit Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Philadelphia, New York and Washington. Peep the video and let us know what you think!
