Joji soars triumphant on the gentle whispers of "Head In The Clouds."

88Rising's Joji has a big responsibility on his shoulders. After all, it's a high honor to tackle the title track of a compilation tape. With the stakes appropriately high, Joji came through big, delivering a melodic, atmospheric ballad amidst a sea of musical diversity. It remains to be seen whether or not Joji's big offering ultimately encapsulated the 88Rising vision on a thematic level. Perhaps it doesn't matter. All we know is that the single has officially earned itself some excellent visuals, befitting of the song's gentle nature.

In the campy, yet undeniably endearing clip, Joji soars through the air on an actual cloud, his scenery changing behind him as if controlled by a cosmic channel surfer.  Eventually, Joji's journey proceeds to defy the confines of time and space. Perhaps it's a sign of 88Rising's slowly spreading dominance. Expect big things from the young collective, and peep their Head In The Clouds album now.
