The rapper recently caught up with us for our "On The Come Up" series.

Rapper Hoodrich Pablo Juan began teasing fans with the prospect of a new project when he began releasing new tracks earlier this year. Partnering up with artists like Young Dolph, Young Thug, Gunna, Key Glock, Nav, and Gucci Mane, Hoodrich drops off his 12-track LP BLO: The Movie. The record showcases the shift in Hoodrich as an artist as he gets a tad more personal on his latest effort. Yet, don't be mistaken; Hoodrich still plays up to his Pablo Juan persona as he raps about women, cash, and cars throughout.

BLO is laced with the trap Atlanta sound that fans will enjoy with notable tracks including "Just Vibe" featuring Gunna, "Everything 4 Sale"  featuring Young Dolph, and "Shoebox" featuring Nav and Gucci Mane (who Hoodrich calls one of his influences). He also finally linked up with longtime friend Thugger who had to get the ball rolling in order to get the two in the studio. "We been knew each other, he [Thugger] was like, 'Why the hell we ain't got nothing out,'" Hoodrich told us when he sat down with us for our "On The Come Up" series launch. Take a listen to BLO: The Movie and let us know if you think Hoodrich Pablo Juan has a hit on his hands and check out what else he told us about Gucci Mane, Nipsey Hussle, and being raised Muslim.
