Gunna recently announced his upcoming project Drip Or Drown 2 with the release of "One Call." After experiencing a stellar breakout year in 2018, this is the first project we'll receive from the Atlanta rapper in the new year. With just over ten days before we hear the full work, Gunna has decided to share another one of his Drip Or Drown 2 tracks to build some hype. Today, Zane Lowe premiered "Speed It Up," the latest single from Gunna's upcoming tape.
Once again, the rapper flows over a Turbo beat, taking their relationship even further. The producer-rapper duo has proven to be among the best in the game right now with Gunna consistently striving over guitar-laced Turbo beats. There are few string elements to "Speed It Up" but Gunna still shows up to do his thing. The beat is nice and although it may take some people a while to get warmed up to Gunna's reserved flows here, we're confident it will be more of a grower.
