Earlier today, Trippie Redd revealed who he believes to be some of the greatest artists of all time. His list consisted of four names ranging between different genres with Drake, Young Thug, Michael Jackson and Kurt Cobain gracing his top 4. The fifth spot was probably reserved for him but he didn't actually specify that. When Gucci Mane was prompted to answer a similar question, he took one hard thought about who he genuinely believed was the greatest of all time. In fact, his response should really come as no surprise to anybody after his infectious hook on "Cocky" with A$AP Rocky and 21 Savage.
"Gucci, Gucci, Gucci, and Gucci, and Gucci," said Guwop when asked to provide his top 5 rappers, dead or alive. No Tupac. No Biggie. None of the legends were brought up. We shouldn't be acting shocked though as his answer is only logical. If he didn't think he was the best in the game, he would then have nothing to offer. If you don't believe in and bank on your own talent, is there even a point in being an artist? Gucci clearly lives by this as he's spent his entire career singing his own praises. His interview for Swisher Sweets was no different.
