Future has been at the top of the game for a few years. The artist is a leader in Atlanta and while his recent projects have not been as impactful as DS2, we know that Hendrix has it in him to deliver a few more classics. He released WRLD On Drugs today as a collaborative effort with Juice WRLD, which is likely the most popular release of the week. We're expecting a lot more from the rapper in the future and it looks like label executives are counting on him to deliver too. During a recent stop at V-103 Atlanta's radio show, he was coerced into hinting that he got to the bag, possibly signing a major deal worth over $50 million.
The host of the show said he was going to let the cat out of the bag, which Future didn't sound entirely pleased about. He tried to switch the subject, saying "Man we always getting the bag," but he ended up teasing the new deal after all that. After it was alluded to that the deal was worth about $30 million, Pluto chimed in by saying that the host was actually $20 million off. We're going to assume that Future means the bag is worth $50 million or more and not $10 million, in this case.
Future has always been getting to the money. That's nothing new but we're interested in hearing the details surrounding this new agreement. Listen to his remarks at the 2:05 mark.
