Micah Parker, a former Oklahoma University cheerleader, was recently busted in a prostitution sting in Oklahoma City and the reports suggest a former Oklahoma Sooners football player was acting as her pimp.
According to the New York Post, Lawrence “L.J.” Moore, who played in a handful of games for the Sooners, was arrested last week shortly after the 23-year old Parker was busted for soliciting an undercover cop for sex.
Per the NY Post,
"The officer arranged a meeting with Parker at a local hotel after connecting on Backpage.com. Parker allegedly offered sex in exchange for $200."
"After vice detectives arrived on the premises to take Parker into custody, the affidavit claims, Parker attempted to toss several cell phones into the toilet. Marijuana and a green substance, which contained a strong odor believed to be codeine, also were discovered in the room."
Parker's calls from jail as well as her social media exchanges led authorities to LJ Moore who they discovered trying to pick up her car from the hotel.
She was booked on two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance in addition to complaints of destruction of evidence and offering to engage in acts of prostitution. Moore was arrested for pandering, aiding and abetting prostitution, possession of marijuana and possession of a dangerous substance.
Parker, whose mother is the cheerleading coach at OU, is reportedly on probation stemming from a 2015 guilty plea to DUI and driving under suspension.
