Flo Rida has been around for a minute, creating catchy hits that are primarily directed at a radio audience. While his name has not been thrown around much as of late with the peak of his success coinciding with the late 2000's, Flo has still managed to bring his brand of pop-rap to the table with "My House" doing numbers in the last few years. While he may have the formula for creating a radio single, he allegedly does not want anything to do with bringing up his son Zohar Paxton according to the baby's mother Alexis Adams.
Adams is claiming that the artist has entirely neglected their 19-month-old son Zohar Paxton because of a brain disease he is suffering from. The child has a rare condition called hydrocephalus, causing fluid to abnormally accumulate within cavities of the brain. According to the Daily Mail, Alexis claims that Flo Rida refers to him as an "evil fucking child," refusing to have any part in his upbringing. Apparently, Flo has only interacted with his son once, rejecting him during a recent surgical procedure. Adams states, "Flo Rida has only seen his son once during the paternity test but kept his shades on and his back turned. They were in the same room. He didn't try to hug Zohar, nothing. It was very cold."
While the artist is reportedly paying for Zohar's medical insurance and a monthly amount of child support, Adams is requesting more help from Flo Rida as she does not feel the current amount is sufficient for a special needs child.
