Enes Kanter believes the players are better off heading to Orlando.

There has been a ton of debate as of late as to whether or not NBA players should be going to the Bubble City in Orlando. While health concerns are certainly at the top of everyone's mind, there are those out there who think the racial injustice protests are a lot more important. Simply put, some NBA players are adamant about voicing their concerns and that the NBA isn't the most important thing in the world right now.

During a recent interview, Boston Celtics star Enes Kanter offered a different perspective. Kanter has had his fair share of adversity over the years and he has never been shy to use his platform to speak out. As Kanter explains, the players will be on full display in Orlando and that it will be the perfect place to advocate for racial justice. Kanter claims that the media will be everywhere, thus giving the players a wide platform.

“The whole world is going to be focusing on you, right? You can make a huge difference,” Kanter said. “All the microphones will be on your face, so you can get your message out. Whatever you want to talk about, ‘Black Lives Matter,’ freedom, justice, democracy. Whatever you want to talk about, the whole world will be listening to you.”

For now, it seems as though the NBA has every intention of coming back, although there is no telling whether or not some players will hold out and stay home.
