LeBron James' new HBO show "The Shop" will return this Friday, October 12 with Drake as the special guest.
LeBron took to social media today to share a preview of their barber shop sit down, which includes some retirement talk from both. During the clip, Drake notes, "I think maybe one of my biggest concerns in my career is just to figure out how to exit gracefully." He continues, "I've watched people overstay their welcome and I just don't ever want to be that guy that's addicted to the feeling of victory, addicted to the emotion of people digesting something that they love, and get to a point where I’m feeding them something and they’re just like ‘yeah!’"
To Drake's point, LeBron adds, "You can't have mother fuckers around you that don’t keep it honest with you and keep it real with you. You’ve got to have someone to tell you like, ‘yo, either accept a lesser role or you gotta just tank.’”
"The Shop" featuring Drake will air on HBO this Friday, October 12 at 9:30pm ET.
