Last summer, Drake, Odell Beckham Jr, and Younes Bendjima found themselves embroiled in a violent encounter, which left one man brutally beaten. The victim of the assault, Bennett Sipes, has since made good on his promise to sue all parties involved. According to TMZ, Sipes was at the Delilah nightclub when a confrontation between himself, Drake, Beckham Jr, and Bendjima popped off.
In the lawsuit, Sipes claims that his attempts to leave the scene were thwarted by Drake, in true dramatic fashion, issuing the age-old "throat-cut" gesture. Upon receiving the word, the implication suggests that the goons were free to dole out beatings accordingly.

Now, Sipes' attorney, Colin James, claims that the defendants have been given ample time to settle. "We gave the defendant's months to settle this claim without litigation, but when they failed to be accountable for their actions, we were left with no choice but to file suit to seek justice for our client," he explains. Sipes claims to be suffering from mental and physical anguish as a result of the attack. Drake, Beckham Jr, or Bendjima have yet to publically comment in the wake of this development.
