After a slight delay, DJ Twin has kicked off the week (we don't count Monday because holiday) with a new mixtape, Day 1. The project is feature-heavy, with Sean Kingston helping his DJ out by not only appearing on each record, but most likely finessing some features for the tape too. It features a lot of the 'new wave' rappers and by that I mean, Lil Yachty, Famous Dex, Playboi Carti, Kodak Black and more offer guest verses.
We've already heard a few of these records leading up to the project's release, but we're highlighting the Kingston x Carti cut, produced by Stupid Kool. Its a melodic banger, wavering between r'n'b bedroom-ready jam and trap anthem. Cop the full mixtape here.
