DJ Khaled Joins Will Smith & Martin Lawrence In The "Bad Boys 3" Cast

DJ Khaled's never won a GRAMMY, but his thinks his performance in "Bad Boys 3" will earn him an Oscar.

DJ Khaled's continuing to build his empire with each year. While he didn't release a whole lot of music last year, he's currently gearing up for the release of his next studio album Father Of Asahd. No release date for the project has been announced yet, but hopefully, we get a summer release date. Khaled's been busy with other ventures, though. He's been a judge on The Four and made a few cameos in some high profile movies. Now, Khaled joins Will Smith and Martin Lawrence in the cast for Bad Boys 3.

DJ Khaled is eyeing an Oscar now. The Miami native took to social media to announce his role in the upcoming Bad Boys sequel which just began filming yesterday. 

"Blessed to announce that I will be joining #WillSmith and #Martinlawrence in the cast of @badboys #BadBoysForLife movie," he announced on Twitter. "May I remind you, it’s only Jan 15th, 2019. Y’all have no idea what’s coming. I’m coming for the Oscars!! God Is The Greatest!!!

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence just began production for Bad Boys 3 yesterday in Atlanta. Alongside the duo, Khaled will be joining Vanessa Hudgens, Paola Nuñez, Alexander Ludwig, Charles Melton, and Jacob Scipio in the cast.

Bad Boys For Life is set to hit theatres on January 17th, 2020. Keep your eyes peeled for more information.
