DJ Khaled graced the Saturday Night Live stage as the musical guest last night (May 18), and of course, he brought some friends along. While Khaled is a legend in his own right, SNL would not have been as exciting if he hopped on stage solo. Paul Rudd, better known as Ant-Man these days, hosted the show and introduced Khaled. The energetic DJ first brought out Lil Wayne and Big Sean to perform "Jealous." The features didn't stop there though.
Next, Khaled brought Jeremih, Meek Mill, Lil Baby, and J Balvin to the stage to perform "You Stay." Khaled spent most of the performance yelling ad libs and sauntering around stage, which was a little awkward to watch at the least.
On his next trip to the stage, Khaled brought out SZA for the Outkast sampled "Just Us." Khaled stirred up some controversy when he sampled Carlos Santana's "Maria Maria," and "Just Us" will undoubtedly rub some people the wrong way as well. Next up, Meek returned to the stage to drop his verse for "Weather the Storm" before John Legend stepped out to perform "Higher." Legend sang his heart out while playing the piano as a neon Nipsey Hussle image glistened brightly in the background.
